摘要：食品环境安全是有效确保食品安全的关键因素，“食品环境学”是食品质量与安全专业的核心课程，该课程以“可持续发展战略”为课程思政的立足点和切入点，以“生态文明建设”为课程思政总方向，将培养“美丽中国”绿水青山的建设者和“健康中国”食品安全的守护者作为最终思政目标，构建“绿色生态可持续发展理念”“家国情怀、社会责任与职业素养”“科学伦理与学科思维”三个层次的思政内容。通过多个思政实践路径，引导学生深刻体会安全食品的环境要求，认真思考保障食品环境安全的各项具体举措，真正践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”的绿色发展理念，最终实现课程立德树人的根本目的。

Exploration and Practice of Ideology and Politics in “Food Environment Science”Course

Abstract: Food environment safety is the key factor in ensuring food safety，and “Food Environmental Science” is the core course of the food quality and safety major. The course takes “Sustainable Development Strategy” as the viewpoint and entry point of its course ideology and politics，“Ecological Civilization Construction”as main direction of its course ideology and politics， the course has the ultimate ideological and political goal of cultivating students to become builders of clear waters and green mountains in “Beautiful China” and protectors of food safety in“Healthy China”. The ideological and political contents are developed at three levels：“Green Ecological Sustainable Development Concept”，“Feelings to Family and Country， Social Responsibility and Professionalism”，and “Scientific Ethics and Disciplinary Thinking”. Through multiple ideological and political practice paths， guide students to deeply understand the environmental requirements for safe food， seriously consider various specific measures to ensure food environmental safety， truly practice the green development concept of “Clear Waters and Green Mountains are as Valuable as Mountains of Gold and Silver”， and ultimately achieve the fundamental goal of fostering students’ moral character in the course.
